1.Combustion Technology & Equipment for Ammonia-Hydrogen Fuel
oDevelop efficient, low-carbon, and cost-effective ignition technologies for ammonia-hydrogen fuel to ensure reliable ignition under various operating conditions.
oAdvance combustion technologies and equipment for industrial kilns, including staged combustion, recirculating-zone staged ignition, plasma-assisted combustion, catalytic combustion, micro-mixing combustion, and oxy-fuel combustion. Optimize the design of key components such as combustion chambers, nozzles, and control systems.
2.Flue Gas Treatment Technology & Equipment for Ammonia-Hydrogen Combustion
oInvestigate the characteristics and mechanisms of nitrogen oxide (NOx) formation during ammonia-hydrogen combustion and optimize combustion processes to minimize emissions.
oDevelop low-NOx burners, high-efficiency Selective Non-Catalytic Reduction (SNCR) with in-furnace ammonia injection, and high-performance Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) using pure ammonia.
3.Ammonia-Hydrogen Combustion Monitoring Technology & Equipment
oDevelop efficient, precise, and cost-effective technologies and devices for detecting ammonia-hydrogen fuel leaks and ensuring combustion safety, including chemiluminescence-based detection methods.
4.Ammonia-Hydrogen Storage and Transportation Technology
oResearch and develop safe, high-efficiency technologies and equipment for ammonia-hydrogen storage, transportation, gas mixing, liquid ammonia evaporation, and monitoring to meet the demands of industrial kiln applications.

Focusing on new energy and new materials such as hydrogen energy and fuel cells, it strives to establish itself as a national hub in the fields of hydrogen energy and new materials, encompassing five key centers: a technology R&D center, a technology transfer and dissemination center, a high-end talent hub and international exchange platform, a university student innovation and entrepreneurship center, and a high-tech enterprise incubator.
