The R & D center mainly takes ammonia-hydrogen zero-carbon fuel as the research object, analyzes the basic combustion characteristics, reaction mechanisms and reaction paths of zero-carbon fuel, reveals its combustion reaction process and pollutant control mechanisms, and explores the heat transfer characteristics, heat transfer methods and pollutant generation characteristics of hydrogen-doped ammonia/pure hydrogen-ammonia combustion through low-carbon/zero-carbon combustion characteristics and pollutant generation simulations, high-temperature industrial low-carbon/low-nitrogen burner design and process adaptation simulations. Develop stable combustion technology and low-nitrogen combustion technology for ammonia and hydrogen new energy applications, efficient, accurate and economical ammonia and hydrogen fuel leakage and combustion safety monitoring technology, safe and efficient ammonia and hydrogen storage, transportation, gas mixing, liquid ammonia evaporation, storage and transportation monitoring technology, as well as high-efficiency SNCR for furnace injection of ammonia and high-efficiency SCR denitrification technology for pure ammonia. Simultaneously carry out research and development on stable and low-nitrogen combustion of coal-fired power station boilers with ammonia/hydrogen, and establish a standardization committee to follow up on the application of standards related to ammonia and hydrogen combustion, promote zero-carbon/low-carbon combustion of building materials, metal processing and thermal power generation, and help high-temperature industries achieve efficient and green production.
