The main development technologies of the project include 1. Precision liquid ammonia supply technical system, including 2-ton ammonia storage station, natural convection liquid ammonia evaporation system, accurate flow control system, etc.;2. Pure ammonia combustion stable ignition and stable combustion technology system, including swirl and bluff body combustion technology, etc.;3. Ammonia fuel nitrogen oxide control technology, including staged combustion source denitrification technology, in-furnace ammonia injection SNCR technology and SCR efficient aftertreatment technology;4. On-line detection technology for ammonia escape at high temperature and high humidity.
The main development technologies of the project include 1. Precise liquid ammonia supply technical system, including 30-ton ammonia storage station, high-temperature steam liquid ammonia evaporation system, accurate flow control system, etc.;2. Stable ignition and stable combustion technology system for pure ammonia combustion in MW-class kiln, including swirl and blunt body combustion technology;3. Nitrogen oxide control technology for 25000m3/h large-flow flue gas of ammonia fuel combustion, including staged combustion source denitrification technology, in-furnace ammonia injection SNCR feedback control technology and SCR efficient post-treatment technology;4. Online detection technology for ammonia escape at high temperature and high humidity and ammonia leakage at room temperature.
The main development technologies of the project include 1. 320kW pure ammonia burner achieves stable ignition and stable combustion;2. Nitrogen oxide control technology for pure ammonia combustion, including burner source denitrification, in-furnace SNCR feedback denitrification and SCR denitrification technology;3. Online detection technology for ammonia and hydrogen flame images based on chemiluminescence method;4. Residual ammonia/hydrogen detection technology;5. Porous media combustion technology;6. Natural gas low-nitrogen combustion technology, etc.
The laboratory is committed to being rooted in Foshan, radiating across Guangdong, serving the nation, and embracing a global perspective. Focusing on new energy and new materials such as hydrogen energy and fuel cells, it strives to establish itself as a national hub in the fields of hydrogen energy and new materials, encompassing five key centers: a technology R&D center, a technology transfer and dissemination center, a high-end talent hub and international exchange platform, a university student innovation and entrepreneurship center, and a high-tech enterprise incubator. Through these efforts, it aims to support and drive the high-quality economic development of the Greater Bay Area.
